How to Buy the Rental Coach online course for landlords - tackle your tax return

You can easily purchase Rental Coach in these 4 steps:

Head over to our training portal hosted on talentlms here: https://rentalcoach.talentlms.com (or click the 'Login' button at the top right corner).
Click Signup to create a new account with your details.
Read our terms and conditions, and click agree.
View the Course Catalog and choose the version of Rental Coach that suits your needs (Lite, Standard, or Full) - click the 'Get this course' button. If you have a discount coupon, you can use it now. Put in your credit card details and click 'Checkout'.
The transaction is secure and we don't store your credit card information.

Don’t have a credit card? No problems. Send us an email at info@rentalcoach.co.nz with your username and we can send you our banking details to do a bank transfer, or you will find the details when you login to talentlms under the "contact" page on the top menu. Alternatively, we do accept cheques (they’re not as quick though).

You will receive a New Zealand Tax Invoice for your records.
Get started! In your 'Home" screen you will have the course. Click on the course and you will see a getting started unit to help with the basics. Then you will be away!

For new sign-ups, there is a cost of:

$240 for the Full Version

$120 for the Standard Version

$60 for the Lite Version

Lite and Standard - This gets you access to Rental Coach for those versions with support and any updates for 12 months.

Full Version - This fee gets you access until the 31st of March each year.
On the 1st of April each year, all the material gets updated with the next year's spreadsheets. To access the next year's spreadsheets, you can do a discounted renewal - see below.

During your 12 month access, all the material is kept up-to-date with any legislation changes that occur.

For a renewal for another 12 month period, there are discounted rates available.

You can do this renewal at any time in the future. Need it only once per year to prepare your tax return? No problem! Do the renewal when you need to use Rental Coach.

We are launching some additional courses for extra content related to other topics not fully covered in the main rental coach course.

The main Rental Coach course is an extensive course that covers all you need for doing your tax return, understanding income and expenses, and meeting your obligations as a landlord. However, we wanted to prepare some smaller courses that didn't fit well in the main Rental Coach course.

Rental Coach is a pre-requiste before you can purchase any of these other course which has additional specific information that may apply to your special situation.

Air BnB - this course goes into further detail if you have a property on AirBnB.
Holiday Homes - this course goes into further detail when you have a house that is partially rented out and partly used by yourself.
Buying a Rental Property - this course goes into detail about the process to correctly record a new purchase of a rental property . We will also give you the templates to follow to set up the property.
Selling a Rental Property - this course goes into detail about the process to correctly record the sale of a rental property. We will also give you the templates to follow.
Other courses - We are open to suggestions of other topics. If you are interested in another topic (and we get enough interested in the same topic), we can write a course to cover that topic.
